How to order
Quote process Average time: 0.5–2 weeks The time needed for a quote depends on project complexity. Simple projects typically take 2 to 3 days, while complex ones can take several weeks.
To get a quote send us a short summary of your project and we will prepare a price estimate. Exact dimensions are not needed at this stage, a general idea is enough.
These are the main aspects that we need to know to give an accurate quote.
A rough floor plan, sketch or description of the available space is sufficient for price estimation purposes. For final engineering, accurate dimensions are essential. We work from customer-supplied 2D layouts or 3D scans. When this information is not available, it is usually reasonable to hire a local surveying service to measure your site.
Footprint, height, weight and base type. Let us know if your product is unstable, prone to tipping or requires special handling.
Minimum and maximum throughput in units per minute or hour. If your line has frequent start-stop cycles, mention it because this affects motor selection.
Wet or dry area, food-grade requirements, temperature, chemical resistance and other variables that impact material and component selection.
Connections to other machines, structural building elements, piping or other obstacles that the conveyor must work around. Any special transfer requirements between machines.
Once we have reviewed your project, we will send you a quote. It specifies the technical solution, material selection, and the terms of sale and delivery.
Price configurators
Prices shown by the configurators on our site are estimates, not binding offers. We do our best to keep them accurate, but the final price may differ, most often for very small or very large orders. For bigger projects we can offer pricing and terms that are not reflected in the configurator.

Engineering Average time: 1–4 weeks Engineering time depends on project complexity. Simple projects typically take about one week, while complex ones can take 1 to 2 months, depending on how many details need to be reviewed and agreed with the customer. This can also change when we have a backlog of work, which will be communicated during the quoting process.
Based on the agreed layout, we configure our standard conveyors or design custom ones to match your production requirements. Transfers, transitions and product handling are dimensioned to fit the machines already on the line.
Conveyor layout
We design from your 2D layouts or 3D site scans. For conveyors going into an existing production area, a 3D scan is the most reliable starting point.
Design decisions
Conveyor type, chain selection, speeds and transfer points are based on your product dimensions, weight and throughput requirements.
Parts selection
Drives, bearings, chains and belts come from established European suppliers. We use as much as possible from standard catalogues. That means most parts like wearstrips, sprockets, chains etc are available from multiple high-quality suppliers.
Drawing approval
You review and approve the layout drawings. Production starts only after your approval.
Optional add-ons
Safety covers, gates, drip trays, CIP nozzles, rope switches, e-stops, height adjustment, cable trays and electrical panels can be integrated during design, not added later.
Manufacturing Average time: 3–8 weeks Manufacturing time starts once the drawings are approved. Short and simple conveyors are usually built and packed in about 3 to 4 weeks. Complex projects can take up to 6 to 8 weeks.
When the project is released into production, manufacturing begins. We order everything the project needs: laser-cut and CNC parts, conveyor components, gearmotors and other purchased items.
Fabrication and assembly
All fabrication and assembly is done in our own workshop. Specialised parts such as laser-cut and CNC components come from local subcontractors we have worked with for years and who consistently deliver high quality.
Welding and surface finish
Welds in product contact areas are passivated. All sheet metal parts are deburred with an automatic deburring machine (Timesaver). Surface finish options available: a combination of 2B (cold rolled) and 1J (hot rolled) parts; satin 4N; bead blasted; pickled in acid bath.
Progress updates
On request, we can send regular updates on production progress, with photos and videos.
Testing
Every conveyor is tested after assembly to confirm it runs smoothly, quietly and to specification. Where needed we adjust belt tracking, transfer points and similar details. We verify that motor power draw matches the calculated load with enough reserve at full capacity. If we supply electrical and automation systems, these are tested as well before packing and handover.
Testing with your product
Where possible we run the conveyor with your own product to confirm that transfer points and product handling work as intended.
Witness on-site or by video
We take photos and videos during testing and share them with you. You're welcome to visit us during testing to see the conveyors running for yourself.
Packaging
After successful testing, conveyors are prepared for shipping. On-site reassembly is quick and straightforward for most conveyors. This is how we prepare for transport:
1. Split into modules
We divide the conveyor into appropriately sized modules.
2. Label and document
We mark every connection point with numbered labels and take photos and videos of the fully assembled line.
3. Disassemble and pack
We then take the conveyor apart and pack it for transport.
The packaging method depends on the destination and the mode of transport. The projects shown here were all delivered locally, straight from our workshop to site, so heavy-duty packaging was not required.
Shipping
Option A: Ex Works (EXW), you arrange collection
Standard term. You or your freight forwarder collect from our workshop in Tartu, Estonia.
Option B: We arrange shipping on your behalf
We book and coordinate transport as a service. We are not liable for delays, damage or loss during transit when arranged this way.

All prices are indicative only and exclude VAT. Estimates for shipment from Tartu, Estonia. Multi-unit projects ship at lower cost per unit. Final shipping cost depends on the exact delivery address, shipment dimensions, weight, loading and unloading conditions.
Installation
Installation is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise. We deliver pre-assembled and tested modules meant for on site final assembly.
Documentation
Assembly drawings, installation instructions and a spare parts list are included with every delivery. Modules are labeled to match the drawings.
Remote support
Remote assistance is available during installation and commissioning. We can support via video call, photos or documentation.
On-site support
For complex projects, on-site support from us can be arranged in advance.
CE and documentation
All conveyors are CE-marked and comply with the EU Machinery Directive. Every order contains full documentation depending on the scope of the project.

Warranty
All equipment is covered by a 12-month standard warranty from the date of delivery. Warranty may be postponed up to 3 months if the equipment is not installed immediately.
What is covered
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
What is not covered
Normal wear parts (chains, belts, bearings), damage from misuse, and modifications made without our approval.

Our fabrication workshop is reserved for stainless steel only to minimize the risk of iron contamination on stainless surfaces.
Carbon steel, zinc plated or painted, is available. For these orders fabrication is done by an outside supplier and we do the final assembly here. This can mean longer lead time.
We offer both options.
Yes. Where it is reasonable, we build your conveyors with the components you already use, so you can keep one spare parts inventory instead of two. For example, if your other machines run a particular chain and sprocket type, we can use the same ones.
For chains, sprockets and wear parts we use all major suppliers, for example Movex, Rexnord and Uni-chains. For gearmotors we use Nord Drivesystems and SEW-Eurodrive. If you have a preferred supplier, we can build your conveyor with their components.
Everything included is specified in each individual quote. This can vary between projects. Contact us if you have any questions about included items.
6 to 12 weeks covers engineering, back-and-forth communication, material procurement, fabrication, pre-assembly and full functional testing before disassembly for transport. If timing is critical, contact us early in the process. In some cases we can source components with shorter lead times but this comes with an increased cost.
Yes, we can also arrange shipping to most destinations. Please note that at the moment we only manufacture CE compliant machinery so you need to check your local laws and regulations for compliance.
If we have already started production and made expenses then we will process this as a change order and quote separately. In some cases when we have ordered your parts but they have not yet been manufactured we can pause our order to make changes.
