Description
The micro transfer bridges the gap between two conveyors or process machines.
Typical applications
-> Transfer small items off a large diameter sprocket or drum.
-> Close the gap between two machines that cannot be moved closer together.
-> Move products that would tip over or jam on a standard end transfer.

Nose bar options
-> Roller knife edge R6 to R10, (from igus). Recommended for better running and longer belt life.
-> Static knife edge R2 to R5. Belt thickness has to be added to knife edge radius.
-> Static knife edge with adjustable distance from frame. For better product handling and allows for belt tracking adjustments.
