Description
This is a base design. Every conveyor is quoted separately, because curve angle, inner radius, width and options change with each project.
The tapered-pitch belt carries products through a 45° to 180° turn while maintaining product orientation and spacing.
Typical applications
-> Lines where good airflow is requiered – cooling, drying, heating.
-> Move product between process machines in a washdown area.
Frame options
-> Drip trays
-> Frame AISI 304 as standard, AISI 316 on request.
-> Fully welded tubular frame. Open design sheet metal frame is also possible.
-> Height-adjustable feet with are standard ±50mm. Lockable swivel castors are available
-> Standard finish bead blasted

-> Required side guides, supports and controls
-> Infeed and outfeed conveyor details
