Description
Wire mesh transfer conveyor is designed to bridge the gap between different types of adjacent conveyors with larger diameter drive/return pulleys. It has open metal wire mesh belt and transfers with small diameter nose roller.
Typical applications
-> Transfer small items off a large diameter sprocket or drum.
-> Bridge two machines in a cooling, coating or washing line.
Cleaning
-> Open mesh belt for full washdown
-> Removable side covers.
-> Chain comes off without tools. Not possible on very short lengths.
Not included
-> Motor wiring and control systems. We can add a control panel to your order on request.

Characteristics
Strengths
- Small nose rollers at both ends
- Good cleanability
- Chain comes off without tools
Limitations
- Wire mesh chain is fragile. Collision with adjacent belts or chains must be avoided.
- Small products can fall through the mesh. Check the product against the mesh pitch.
- Light to medium duty. Not for heavy loads.
- Chain removal without tools is not possible on very short lengths.
