Description
The mechanical sensor assembly mounts to the conveyor side guide profile and hangs into the product lane. When containers push against it, the paddle swings and the inductive sensor switches.
Typical applications
-> Detect when to switch accumulation lanes off to decrease backline pressure.
-> Use it to stop the upstream conveyor or production machines before the lane runs full.
Adjustment
-> Paddle height and offset distance from guide rail can be adjusted.
-> Actuating force can be adjusted via counterweight attached to paddle.
-> Induction sensor location can be adjusted for precise actuation.
-> The bracket clamps to the side guide profile and its location can be easily changed.
